So nice to be back in class on Friday! Every time I go to sit on the couch or take laundry upstairs...I think of you today Teresa....BODYPUMP...Gotta love it!!
I am focusing on lots of water as my weeks challenge...at least 8 a day...Hope you all are having a great Holiday Season.

keep water with you all day and in the car...lemon flavor helps even some of the powders with flavor help. Keep it up girl :)
